Dianna is the founding principal owner of Definitive Insurance & Financial Services. Dianna’s primary focus is managing production while maintaining her current client base. She specializes in employee benefits for mid-sized businesses and Medicare plans for seniors 65 and better. Dianna is a native of Sacramento and received her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Sacramento.
Over the last 20 years, Dianna has seen many transformations in the health insurance environment due to legislative changes. Her strategic approach in navigating the ever-changing world of group health insurance and Medicare plans emphasizes a commitment to provide competitive rates, compliant processes, up-to-date technology, a team of resources and hands-on service.
Dianna is committed to building strong relationships in the community and has developed a full-service team to address the diverse the needs of her clients. Her goal is to be an asset to her clients by allying Definitive Insurance with business partners of the highest ethical and professional standards.
In her free time, Dianna enjoys spending time with her loved ones, caring for her farm animals (4 sheep and 9 chickens), cooking, dancing, and listening to music.
Dan Nourse

Dan Nourse is a benefits consultant and EASE enroller at Definitive Financial & Insurance Services. Dan began his insurance career with Aflac in 2019 and is now expanding into other areas of insurance with Definitive Financial & Insurance Services. Dan enjoys assisting newly eligible employees with the selection of their plans. He goes the extra mile to help answer questions and guide people toward the benefits that are the best fit for and them and their families. He enjoys the process of education and helping clients understand how to best utilize the benefits being offered.
In his free time, Dan enjoys the outdoors and traveling. Fun fact: Dan is a professional ski instructor and has been hitting the slopes since he was 7 years old!
Enrique Menendez
Enrique Menendez comes to the Definitive Insurance team with a passion for service and a strong desire to learn. Enrique has a dynamic background in public service and Associate Degrees from American River College and Sierra College. A career changer, Enrique worked in customer service for Raley’s/Bel Air for 18 years where he interacted with members of his community daily. Enrique finds that his new role at Definitive Insurance continues his passion for community service by helping support our staff and by providing superior customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.
In his free time, Enrique loves to read, listen to music, and spend time with family.
